The Challenge

Operation Herrick, the UK’s military campaign in Afghanistan, presented one of the most complex logistics challenges undertaken by British Defence. The UK and Dutch Ministries of Defence required a trusted partner capable of delivering vehicles, rations, medical supplies, welfare equipment, and operational assets into a landlocked, high-risk environment characterised by security threats, challenging terrain, and limited infrastructure. The Solution

Seafast designed and managed an end-to-end logistics operation, integrating sea, road, and military transport networks to move critical equipment from Europe into Afghanistan.
