GB Europe, the property investment & development arm of GB Global, has secured control of approximately 170 acres of strategic landholding. The site in Corby as part of its long-term UK development strategy.
The site is currently arable land, and we have secured it under an option agreement. This allows the group to bring the land forward through the local planning process. The land is not designated as green belt.
The site sits on the edge of Corby, North Northamptonshire, and we will bring it forward through the area’s emerging local plan. GB Europe will also explore planning applications where appropriate.
Vincent Morris, Property Director at GB Europe, said: “Sites of this scale don’t come forward often. Corby allows us to apply our experience in strategic land promotion. We’ll also remain flexible and responsive to what the local plan ultimately requires.”
Given the scale of the site and its proximity to existing communities, the group is taking a long‑term and flexible approach. Planning policy, consultation, and local need will shape future proposals rather than fixed assumptions at this stage.
The Corby landholding forms part of GB Europe’s wider focus on securing strategic land in well‑connected locations. Early engagement and planning expertise can support sustainable growth and employment‑led development over time.
